Healthy Avocado Mayonnaise
This healthy avocado mayonnaise takes just a few minutes to whip up in a blender! It’s velvety texture and gorgeous green colour will make it a family favourite, and an impressive addition to an entertaining platter.
3 tablespoons Grove avocado oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons water
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
CUT the avocados in half and remove the stones.
SCOOP out the flesh into a blender and add the avocado oil, lemon juice, water and salt.
BLEND for 30 seconds until smooth and creamy.
SPOON into a glass jar or container and store in the fridge until needed.

This healthy & lush avocado mayonnaise is perfect for dunking oven roasted sweet potato chips into, or serving alongside smoked salmon and leafy greens.
For a creamy, healthy salad dressing simple add a little more water when blending!
