Sweet Potato Chips
These sweet potato chips are an easy side dish for any meal!
2 medium sized sweet potatoes
2-3 tablespoons of Grove Avocado Oil
Preheat the oven to 200 C (400 F)
Slice the sweet potato in half lengways, then slice into wedges.
Combine sweet potato with the oil and salt.
Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Make sure to spread the wedges out into a single layer so they roast properly.
Bake for 40 minutes or until tender and golden.
Serve with Avocado Mayonnaise – a creamy (yet healthy!) dip for these sweet potato chips!
